Rush Hour Commute Directions To BGC Buildings From MRT Ayala Station
Rush-Hours' Routes of BGC buses
Below are the three rush-hours routes of BGC Buses from its terminal in EDSA just meters away from MRT Ayala Station.
Click these routes to see maps:
IMPORTANT: You're using mobile now. Tip: To view the entire route from EDSA to BGC, drag the maps: Tap your thumb inside a map & move it. To zoom out, 'pinch-in.' To zoom in, 'pinch-out.'
| Upper West Route | Lower West Route | East Route |
What is the Name of your Building Destination?
You must know the name of the building you are headed to. You're just going to look up the building in the lists below. Once you found it, you remember the bus stop name, get the walking direction given and off you go. Commuting to a BGC building location, even for first timers has never been easier. Just read on.
Which Bus Stop will you use to get to your building?
Once you see the name of your building, you will easily get the Bus Stop it is near to. In that section of this guide is the ordinal position of that bus stop from EDSA Bus Terminal, i.e., first stop from EDSA, second bus stop, etc. It is important that you know the ordinal position or number of your bus stop so that you know when to get off the bus. You will also see the name of the bus stop on the waiting shed - written conspicuously.
Walking direction from Bus Stop to your building is linked to separate page
Very Important: You must wait for the new page to load COMPLETELY before you can read the walk direction for your building. Except for HSBC Bus Stop, all Bus Stops here are the exact Bus Stops used in regular routes during off-peak hours. So the walking directions from Bus Stop to buildings during peak hours and during off-peak hours are of course the same. So we linked your Bus Stop here to the location on the regular route page where walking directions are given. Remember that the new page automatically scrolls down to the location of particular walk direction. The browser might become slower. So you must wait patiently.
How do I know which Bus Stop to get off from the bus?
As you read through this guide, you get to know which Bus Stop inside Bonifacio Global City is to use to get to your building destination. Lists of buildings for each bus stop are provided. Look for the name of your building on the first bus stop. If it's not found there go to the next bus stop and so on. It is followed by walking directions from Bus Stop (HSBC Bus Stop only.) In other bus stops, 'walk direction' links to the separate page are provided. The separate page is our main article for commuting to BGC buildings & attractions from MRT-3 Ayala Station in EDSA. If you want to check the whole article first, open it in a new window or tab by hitting this link: Commute Guide To Buildings & Attractions Inside BGC From MRT Ayala Station
Now begin your commute from BGC Bus Terminal located in EDSA-Ayala just across MRT-3 Ayala Station. Next subheading tells you how.
How To Get To Buildings In BGC During Rush Hour from MRT Ayala Station?
Buy ticket from Ticket Booth at BGC Bus Terminal which is located across MRT-3 Ayala Station stairs, northbound exit. The BGC Bus Terminal is inside McKinley Exchange bldg aka Telus which is at the corner of EDSA and McKinley. Once you have the ticket, stand in line under the sign of your bus route,i.e., Upper, Lower or East. Or follow directions given by officers managing the queue. Alight at the Bus Stop nearer to your building destination and walk toward it. It's important that you must already know the location of your building in relation to the nearest Bus Stop before you ride the bus. So here are my tips: Do these before riding a train to MRT Ayala Station. Look for the name of your building or spot to which you are headed on the lists that you will see below. If you don't find your destination on the first list, go to the next list, and so on. Once you see your building or spot, check what bus route it is under. Then remember the location of bus stop nearer to it. Write in a piece of paper or type on your tablet's or phone's notepad the walking direction from the bus stop to your destination. That's it.
Buildings & spots served by "Upper West" route bus:
32nd & Fifth Accralaw Autostrada Bellagio Bench Tower Blue Sapphire Residences Bonifacio One Technology Tower Bonifacio Ridge Bonifacio Technology Centre Burgos Circle CATS Mercedes Benz Commerce Center Crescent Park Residences F1 City Center Hotel Fort Legend Tower Fort Palm Spring Condominium Furnitalia HSBC Centre | JPMorgan Chase Kensington Place Korean Cultural Center MC Home Depot McKinley Park Residencese Mind Museum Net Cube Net Plaza Net Quad Penhurst Park Place S&R Shangri-la Hotel St Luke Medical Center The Fort Residences The Grand Hamptons Tower 1 The Grand Hamptons Tower 2 The Sapphire Residences The Trade & Financial Tower W Fifth Avenue |
The first Bus Stop inside BGC for this particular route is located at 5th Ave next to HSBC Centre and so it is called HSBC. This Bus Stop is not linked to separate page because it is not primarily used in off-peak hours. The 'walk directions from this bus stop are given in this paragraph. So, if your destination is HSBC Centre, alight here. W Fifth Avenue is just opposite HSBC in 5th Ave. It also occupies the other corner of 5th Ave and 32nd St. If your destination is 32nd & Fifth building, just walk back to 32nd Ave from the bus stop and you get to see it at the corner of 5th Ave and 32nd St. F1 Hotel, Globe Telecom Headquarters and Trade & Financial Tower are located along 32nd St, so just cross 5th Ave and walk along 32nd St. Next to W Fifth Ave is F1 Hotel, followed by Globe Telecom and then The Trade & Financial Tower in the opposite corner of 32nd St and 7th Ave.
The next set of buildings are nearer to the second Bus Stop inside BGC for this route which is located in 3rd Ave. The name of the bus stop is Net Cube. Check your building and then click 'walk directions' next to the list and after some instructions in paragraphs that followed the list. If your building is not listed, look for it on the third and last set of buildings for Upper West route.
Bench Tower Bonifacio One Technology Tower CATS Motors Inc's Mercedes Benz Commerce Center Ford Global City Fort Legend tower Furnitalia Jollibee Rizal Drive Kia Motors Global City | Korean Cultural Center Mancor Corporate Center McKinley Park Residences Meguiar's VIP Auto Salon Mind Museum Net Cube Net Quad Red Ribbon Shangri-la Hotel St Luke Medical Center |
To get the walk directions to these buildings, please click 'walk directions' link below. But read instructions here first. IMPORTANT: Wait until the next page is completely loaded. Ignore the title on that page and the first sentences especially the one that says "this is during off-peak hours only." Begin reading only in the part that starts off with:
"Here are walking directions from this Bus Stop..."
Don't forget to see the map below the text there and click the pins on the map. To return to this page again, DO NOT click "back" button there. Instead, click the tab of this page on your browser. Now, if your building is listed above, click the link below:
Here is the last set of building destinations served by Upper West route of buses from EDSA-Ayala. If you found your building here, click the link below the list for walk direction from the bus stop.
Accralaw Bellagio Blue Sapphire Residences Bonifacio Ridge Bonifacio Technology Centre Burgos Circle Crescent Park Residences Fort Palm Spring Condominium | Grand Hamptons Tower 1 Grand Hamptons Tower 2 JP Morgan Chase Kensington Place Net Plaza Penhurst Park Place The Fort Residences The Sapphire Residences |
If your destination is listed above, you must get off the bus at the 3rd Bus Stop which is located at 1st Ave and it is named Crescent Park West. The bus turns left onto 1st Ave from 31st St. From Crescent Park Bus Stop, walk your way to your building destination. Click 'walk directions' link' below after reading instructions from here down to that link - to get the walking direction for your destination. You MUST wait for the next page until it is loaded completely, otherwise you will get lost. DO NOT scroll the page while it is loading. Just wait.
Once the page is loaded, begin reading only after this sentence:
"Here are the buildings nearer to this bus stop:"
Ignore the first paragraph there and the title. You see that page is for off-peak hours but the bus stops are the same used in peak-hours. The big difference is the ordinal number of each bus stop in relation to its distance from EDSA Bus Terminal. That is why you need to ignore the title, because it says the ordinal number during off-peak hours. We are in peak-hours here and the ordinal numbers of bus stops here are different.
So just read the walking direction from the bus stop on that page to your building destination. There is map for more help. Click each red pin in the map to reveal the name of the building it represents. Now go click the link below.

Lower Route has four Bus Stops.
The first bus stop from EDSA named McKinley Parkway is located as soon as the bus turns left onto 5th Ave from McKinley Road. See route map again, just hit "back" button there to return here. Get off the bus on this first bus stop and walk your way to the following buildings:
American Cemetary Essensa Towers Fairways Tower Fifth Avenue Place Fort Victoria Jeco Prime Bldg One Global Place | Pacific Plaza Towers Regent Park Seibu Tower Singapore Embassy Sun Life Centre The Beaufort |
To know how to get to any of the buildings listed above by walking from McKinley Bus Stop, we will use directions and the map published for off-peak hours. We will open the page but YOU MUST WAIT until it is loaded completely. Let the page automatically scroll down to the section of McKinley Bus Stop. Please remember that otherwise you will end up in wrong directions. Now click 'walk directions' link below if your building is listed above. Use the map there and open the pins on the map. In returning here, don't use the "back" button there. Just close the tab of that page or hit the tab of this page.
The second bus stop (inside BGC) is now called RCBC because it's situated by the tall building of RCBC. Below are the buildings nearer to this bus stop. We will use the walking directions and map for off-peak hours route. Again, it is warned that you must wait until the page is loaded completely or you will be taken to wrong direction. Click the 'walk directions' link next to the list and wait.

The third bus stop is Net One. It has the same ordinal number with the off-peak hours and so are in the first and second bus stops. Here are the buildings there. To get the walking directions from this bus stop to these buildings, click 'walk directions' link next to this list and wait until the page has loaded completely and on the right section of the page. Don't forget to use the map and click pins on the map.

The fourth Bus Stop of Lower West route (from EDSA) is the sixth in regular or off-peak hours route. It is named Fort Victoria. That is why when you get on that page, it says "Sixth Bus Stop." Just remember during peak hours, Fort Victoria is fourth bus stop inside BGC from EDSA BGC Bus Terminal. And it is not practical to get off the bus there as it takes longer time on the whole loop. The fastest way is to use the first bus stop which is McKinley Parkway. Nevertheless, below are the buildings very near to Fort Victoria. Click the 'walking directions' link next to it but when you get there, just look at the map and click all red pins on the map so that you get the idea on how to get to the particular building. Again, wait until the new page is loaded completely.
Fort Victoria One Global Place Pacific Plaza Towers Seibu Tower | Singapore Embassy Sun Life Centre The Beaufort |
Building & spots served by "East" route bus:

Upper Route Bus and East Route Bus share the first Bus Stop from EDSA-Ayala which is HSBC Bus Stop in 5th Ave. So you can also take East Route Bus (rush hours only) in going to the first set of buildings mentioned in Upper Route.
Second Bus Stop from EDSA Terminal in this route is Nutriasia. It is located along 30th St before the corner of 9th Ave. From 5th Ave, the bus turns left onto 30th St. BHS means Bonifacio High Street and this Bus Station is used in going to the center of High Street instead of the front which is in 5th Ave. 9th Ave passes through the middle of linear High Street park.
At this point, commute directions to buildings served by "East Route" bus during peak hours are the same with "East Route" bus during peak hours. So, for that, it's better to use the main guide. Look for your building there in alphabetically listed buildings in the table, click it, and you will land to the walking direction you need. Go check the map and click each pin and placemark on the map. Here is the link to our main commuting guide to buildings inside BGC from MRT Ayala Station:

Route maps of Rush-hour BGC Buses from MRT Ayala Station
Upper West - served by HM Bus/Worthy Bus
Tip: Dragging the map from Left to Right will show you how Upper West bus navigates from MRT Ayala to Upper West BGC and back. 'Pinch-out' gesture shows you street names and if you know the street of your bldg you know which bus stop to use. Play around with the map: 'pinch-out', 'pinch-in', drag. Familiarize yourself with vicinity and by zooming in (pinch-out) alone you get to see major buildings such as Globe Tower, Shangri-La Hotel The Fort, etc.
Lower West - served by BGC Bus
Tip: By viewing map on your smartphone in landscape mode you get a larger map similar to laptop & desktop view. Drag the map Left to Right and it shows the 'Lower West' Bus paths and turns. By knowing the ordinal position of the bus stop nearest to your building destination, you will not get lost as you get to alight at the right Bus Stop. But first, find out what bus stop your building is nearest to. So hit the 'back' button now.
East Route - served by HM Bus/Worthy Bus
In this map for 'East Route' bus, the last three bus stops have the same ordinal positions from EDSA as with the off-peak hours bus routes. That is Nutriasia, Universtiy Parkway and Market Market are second, third and fourth, respectively, from EDSA Terminal in both off-peak and peak hours.
Hope this guide helps you in commuting to your building destination or any spot within Bonifacio Global City. Especially that this particular post is created for commuters going to BGC during rush hours.

In the map below is the whole stretch of Bonifacio High Street from 5th Ave (West end) to 11th Ave (East end). All establishments, e.g., restaurants, bars, boutiques, offices, etc are located in the buildings that lined up both sides of BHS. Click each red pin in the map to reveal the name of a particular building and the establishments located in that building. Tip: After looking up the name of your destination in the alphabetical list, go to this map and look up the building, then go to "walk direction" part.
5th Ave is the main road of West BGC. 11th Ave is the road between High Street east end and Serendra which is just outside Market Market. You can get to High Street from Market Market by exiting the mall towards Fiesta Market, the open air food court before the open parking. There's a Jollibee to your left as you exit. Once outside, go toward your right and use pedestrian lane to cross the road to get to Serendra. Go inside Serendra shops, walk past restaurants and stores of Serendra and then cross 11th Ave to get to the High Street which you will immediately see.
Map #1. Click red pins and blue bus markers to get accurate information. Don't rely on embedded data.
If you come from Market Market, you will enter High Street at 11th Ave toward its other end in 5th Ave. Here are the order of buildings as you walk past them: To your left: B6, B5, B2, B1, C2 and C1. To your right: B7, B8, B3, C3 and C4 (under construction). There's no B4 because of Feng Shui.
Walk Directions From Four Bus Stops To BHS Destinations
There are four bus stops that you can use to get to your destination inside BHS depending on its location. How would you know what bus stop to alight? First, you must know the building in which your destination is located. Second, look up the building in the two maps below and see which bus stop is nearer to the building. Click the markers - red pins and bus stop signs for more information.
Map #2. Net One Bus Stop and The Fort Bus Stop. Please click bus markers for more information.
Map #3. High Street 30th St Bus Stop & High Street 28th St Bus Stop. Please click bus icons for info.
Net One Bus Stop - It's faster to get to C1, C2, C3 and C4 (under construction by now) with this Bus Stop because the bus that stops here takes shorter route of McKinley Road. Located at 27th St in West BGC, this bus stop is for commuters coming from The Fort Bus Terminal in EDSA near MRT-3 Ayala Station as well as those from Glorietta, SM Makati and those from far distant locations travelling by trains. The sign of bus you must ride is "West Route". If you don't know the location of The Fort Bus Terminal in EDSA, click here. Nevertheless, the nearest Bus Stop to C1, C2, C3 and C4 is The Fort Bus Stop, depending on what day you're going and what type of bus you're riding. Read "The Fort Bus Stop".
How to get to BHS from this bus stop? Walk back towards the corner of 27th St and 4th Ave. Turn left and walk towards the corner of 4th Ave and 28 St. Turn right, walk towards 5th Ave and you will immediately see C1 Bldg across the 5th Ave, see Map #2 above.
The Fort Bus Stop - Located in 5th Ave, this bus stop is served by buses bound for Market Market and have "East Route" sign in their fronts. If you're riding East Route Bus that takes McKinley Road, then this is nearer compare to Net One Bus Stop and it's better to alight here if your destination is located in C1, C2, C3 or C4. But most buses bound for Market Market from The Fort Bus Terminal in EDSA are the ones with Worthy and HM names painted on their outer body and they are not allowed to take the shorter route of McKinley Rd. They take the longer route of EDSA-Kalayaan-West BGC-High Street-Market Market. But there are times when a bus with "The Fort Bus" or "Bonifacio Global City" name painted on its body also takes Market Market Route via McKinley Rd especially during weekend and if there's no available HM and Worthy. If the "East Route" bus you are about to ride is painted "The Fort Bus" or "Bonifacio Global City", then use this Bus Stop. On the other hand, if the available bus bound for Market Market is painted "HM" or "Worthy Transport", then it's faster to take "West Route" bus and alight at Net One Bus Stop. Before you buy ticket at The Fort Bus Terminal, it's better to look at what bus is headed for Market Market. It's at the back of "West Route" bus along the road outside The Fort Bus passengers' waiting area.
How to get to BHS from this bus stop? Just walk along 5th Ave towards 28th St and you will immediately see the road sign that reads "High Street". C1 is just across the next intersection which is 28th St. See Map #2 above.
High Street 30 St Bus Stop - This Bus Stop is nearer to B3, B1, B2, B5, B6, B7 and B8 if you're coming from The Fort Bus Stop Terminal in EDSA and MRT Ayala Station.
How to get to BHS from this bus stop? Follow the direction of the arrow in our third map above, Map #3. Just walk along 9th. You will immediately see Agave, Nuffnang and 2nd's along 9th Ave. The building to your right is B3 while the building to your left is B8. Click the red pins on the map to get more information.
High Street 28th St - This is the nearest bus stop to the center of High Street if you're coming from Market Market and you want to take a bus. The sign of the bus to ride must be "BGC Central". You must inform the driver that you're alighting at High Street because if not the bus driver might take different direction that will not pass by this bus stop. The terminal of The Fort Buses in Market Market is in the open parking area just outside Fiesta Market. To see the terminal in the map, click here.
How to get to BHS from this bus stop? Walk along 9th Ave northward. Immediately, you will see Active Fun, Mother Care, Honda Cars, Bo Concept, Toy R Us, Natuzzi, etc. They are all along 9th Ave. The building to your left is B2 and to your right is B5. Please use Map #3 above, click the red pins for more help.
